Cannot widen in opera with win10

Opera has something of a simplified UI, it does not support much in terms of modification.

@sgunhouse Sorry haven't got the hang of this forum yet. So why did they change the Flags?
As someone posted previously : Start Opera - and type in "opera:flags" in the address bar - and there you will see:
Alternative native theme<!-- 0 --> Windows<!-- 1 --> Enables an alternative native theme implementation on Windows 8 and above.<!-- 2 --> #submodule-native-theme-alt
Choose disable - restart Opera - voila - Now Opera uses windows metrics WITH wide scrollbar

The above worked before but they changed the flags.

A few versions ago they redid the theme, the new theme includes light and dark versions. Not being a developer that's all I really know there.
