<![CDATA[Facebook messenger side bar app - notifications not working]]>Hello, I have windows 7 64 bits

I noticed that most of the time when I receive a message from someone on facebook I don't see the little red notification anymore apprearing on the facebook messenger blue icon

I have to go into the app to see that I have a new message that was waiting there 6 hours ago

no notification had been sent

    • sometimes it can be for 2 different users sending me messages

PS: I have it on mute, I want to rely only on the red notification

I have same issue a few weeks ago but you can try to reset browser data (cookies, etc)
