Change colour of tab reload circle

OS Win7 32-bit. Posting from current Opera Stable version.

Is there any way to change colour of the tab reload circle (when page is loading) from its present grey colour?

If the tab loading circle was 'VPN blue', that small alteration would assist those with sight issues and eye strain. Thank you.
