<![CDATA[A new windows are lost!]]>When I am in full screen in Mac High Sierra and hit CMD + N, a new windows seems to be opening and shifting to left pane. But when I try to open the new opened windows they appear nowhere. I can see the details about the windows are now open, but they are disappeared. I can find them no where on the screen. I have tried with two screens too but they don't appear anywhere.

There are two new windows (Speed Dials) seems to be opened somewhere.
