<![CDATA[Problem typing Umlauts with United States International keyboard.]]>I am using Opera under Windows 10 with United States International keyboard. In all applications, in order to generate an Umlaut, I type "Quotation Mark" followed by the vowel in question, resulting in ä, ö, or ü. Doing this in Opera the result is ""ä. ""ö or ""ü. Please fix this. It's very annoying. The problem only exists in Opera, in no other application

Here with Opera 49.0.2720.0 it works as it should.

Do you use more than one language or keyboard? I'm asking because almost every time I saw something similar happening here was because language and/or input method was somehow changed and turning it back to correct one used to solve the problem.
