<![CDATA[Download speed limiter]]>I wish to get the possibility to change the speed of downloads. Opera downloads take the compleet bandwith and block watching internet TV at the same time. If i could limit the download speed it is possible to watch internet TV at the same time. I watch internet TV by using the Opera browser.

Internet TV you mean IP TV or streaming to dektop/laptop/tablet?
