Not always, but say 1 out of 4 new tabs opened from bookmarks sit and spin for up to 30 seconds. Sometimes a Fail to Connect page flashes for a moment and then the site comes up. I can't see any consistency as to which are slow or not. Is there a setting that might make this happen?
