<![CDATA[Problem with display / Opera neon]]>Hello,

I come to you to report a small problem on Opera Neon

First of all my characteristics

OS: windows 10
Opera Neon version: 1.02531.0

The bar to the left of the screen is normally transparent but randomly all the icons to the right then the bar become blurred, moreover the bar become black but still with the buttons in visual.
