No audio playing any type of video or a pod-cast. New install of Opera Version 46 to test the Opera browser.
Running Windows 10 Pro. Version 1703, build 15603.502
I also use Firefox, Edge and IE11; all have correct sound output.
Opera does show up in the Volume Mixer and appears to be working OK; but nothing reaching the speakers.

Shouldn't apply to new tabs though ...
