When doing a search i get hits on things i dont search for. it also shows the same files double or sometimes even 5 times in the results.</p>

the os is working fine as im using the os search at times as opera wont find my file in the directory, it is actually not shown during a manual search true the folder.</p>

<p dir="auto">You forgot to mention your version of Opera, your OS, the steps to reproduce the problem, if it happens on any page or not.</p>
<p dir="auto">As far as I know that dialog window is controlled by the OS so if you are having issues with search there it's probably because of a OS limitation and/or bad index.</p>
<p dir="auto">To check it just try the same search in Windows Explorer.</p>
