If I open private browser window, it works.<br />
If I disable all extensions and turn of adblock, it still does not work ... I don't know what else to try.<br />
(Except use a different browser.)</p>

Moved away the Opera Stable folders from both AppData\Opera Software\Roaming Profile and ...\Local.<br />
Then opened Opera and accessing <a href="http://Dropbox.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">Dropbox.com</a> I was directly logged in,<br />
but the same error message<br />
"there was a problem completing this request"<br />
was still shown at the top of the screen ...</p>
<p dir="auto">Then if I log out, I'm unable to log back in ...</p>
<p dir="auto">Weird stuff ... no extensions installed.</p>
