I´m putting this here as a new topic specifically for the subject of flickering.
Opera flickers a lot and it´s has nothing to do with hardware acceleration. I have seen this in various topics since months ago but it´s a ongoing problem. No other browser flickers as opera do.

The "flicker" that I experience is OP performing an annoying (redundant) refresh/redraw of a site's web page (a couple of times), upon initial access. This is NOT a problem with the Yandex Browser.
