It’s been happening several times with me recently, usually when applying multitasking/tab switching/keyboard shortcuts.</p>
<p dir="auto">The block is always identical in shape/size and will disappear when closing affected tabs and opening a fresh page. Block is not shown outside an Opera window. I'm always using Opera windows maximized.</p>

<p dir="auto">You could try reinstalling Opera. Go to your profile folder and copy/backup bookmarks and any other file/folder you want to save, such as the one containing logins and passwords. Then uninstall Opera. Clean with CC if you will. Reinstall.</p>

<p dir="auto">I currently have about 5-10 of these daily. No big deal, just an irritating bug-feel.<br />
Not related to any specific site and it does disappear when continuing/refreshing navigation.</p>
