<![CDATA[Opera installer failed to download, can't install]]>I wanted to install the Opera browser on my windows 10 PC, but I encounter problem when installing the program. The sever seems to be having issues either downloading the instant install package or the offline installation package. Tried many times it still say failed to download. Anyone has similar experience can help ?
