Toolbar on Android

I`m using Xperia XZ and the device supports software key, so it keeps a part of bottom side in display always.
But the Opera also supports the toolbar and it spends so many spaces of display.
Of course, there is an option to hide the toolbar but I think it would be better to add an option to turn it off. In this case, the speed dial option could be located at the top of display beside menu key(or into menu option.)I have been tried to use Opera browser instead of Chrome, but I failed due to the toolbar as well as password sync.
(I already forget and forgive the password sync option..:) )Anyway, I think it will be better to turn off the toolbar option.
