Can not move end screen videos on my posted videos on YouTube, in 'edit', 'end screens'.

I am not able to move my End Screen video around on my YouTube video. It is stuck in one place and blocks parts of the video I want people to see.

Something I must add is after Googling I have seen multiple people experiencing this issue with no one to resolve the problem. No replys on their threads either.
