<![CDATA[Data Savings Image Quality]]>In Opera Android Data Savings if I set image quality to High, does this bypass the compression when load images...or does the High setting still compress but not as much as Medium and Low?

Sorry if this has been answered already in another thread, I tried searching but couldn't find an explanation.
