The browser fails to play the videos of <a href="http://cbs.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">cbs.com</a> and <a href="http://mediaset.it" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">mediaset.it</a> always giving the usual message "The browser does not support playing this video".</p>

What's missing from my rolling archlinux Kde / Opera browser?</p>

<p dir="auto">Try installing opera-ffmpeg-codecs ( <a href="https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/opera-ffmpeg-codecs/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/opera-ffmpeg-codecs/</a> ). This should give you some proprietary video codecs that can be used to display eg. H264-encoded video content.</p>
