It's bit of a surprise that I'm still using it, however I find it a very good replacement to FF and it's constant memory problems. I can work around the addons that I have on FF but don't have on Opera. So now that I have my Linux machine up and running I wanted to know if I can export/import the Speed Dial settings/configuration from my Windows 10 machine to my Linux machine, or am I going to have to it all over again, site-by-site, and that's a LOT of sites?

The thing is opera does not offer a way to export bookmarks, regardless of version or operating system. So all you can do is find the equivalent of ~/.config/opera/Bookmarks in windows 10 and copy it to that position in the linux installation.
Or use syncing, either via some extension (xmarks, not available for opera but available for chrome, so you will need the "download chrome extension"... extension) or via opera's built in sync.
