Examples of affected areas:

pop-up when I click on an action in Facebook sidebar on the right

pop-up when I click on a note in Google Keep

Actual behaviour:
When I scroll with scroll wheel, instead of moving the area inside the pop-up, Opera moves the background of the pop-up.
If I click the scroll wheel and then scroll, it allows me to scroll within the pop-up.

Expected behaviour:
It should scroll the area over which I have my mouse cursor.

It were wheel gestures in crxMouse extension. However before the update it worked fine.

Now I'd have to find some other way to get these wheel gestures which I really liked – right click+scroll up/down to go to top/bottom of the page.
