13-inch 2017 MacBook Pro (without touch bar). This error has occurred when connected to a 4K monitor over HDMI.

If I open a new Opera window and proceed to drag the window, the entire system will freeze. I can still move the mouse and any audio that is playing will continue to do so, however the entire system freezes and requires a forced restart by holding the power button.

Checking the console there appears to be a lot of errors relating to UNIX Error 17 (which I believe is Keychain access), and system.log consistently shows the following information https://pastebin.com/LhJEeESs , though I am unsure if both of these are related.

Any help would be appreciated.
