Also want to set the size. I don't see any setting for it in accounts.ini.

"Alt + P -> Advanced -> Fonts"
Edit "Email Compose (HTML)" by selecting it and clicking on "choose" or just double-left-clicking it. There you can set the size and font.

Edit "Email Compose (HTML)" by selecting it and clicking on "choose" or just double-left-clicking it. There you can set the size and font.

Note though that when replying to an HTML message, whether your default font is used depends on the position of the cursor. If it's in a spot in the quoted HTML, it'll inherit from the styles in the quoted text. Ctrl + Home, then Enter a couple times and then Ctrl + Home again and start typing will fix it.
