<p dir="auto">Opera can only play h264 if your OS can do it natively so installing the codec probably will not help.</p>

<p dir="auto">A couple of sites say the same with browsers equipped with blockers.<br />
Sniffing at such blockers started recently on a few video services.</p>
<p dir="auto">On some, disabling (for the page), loading the element then enabling back again helps. On others, sniffing persists.<br />
Disabling the blocker altogether endangers the computer, let alone overloading CPU.</p>
<p dir="auto">When no disabling, I noticed the extensions poised to help download media will still locate the file(s) and will eventually download them if needed. I have a simple guy in tuxedo in Opera, and more than one exts in Firefox. Third browser I use does play those videos not having any exts or blockers.</p>
