what do you think about this change?

Well, I don't use Turbo so I'm not directly affected by this change but I don't see a strong reason for Turbo to be on the menu.
For me Turbo is something that you turn on or off for a long time and not that often to justify it being in the menu.

tell the devs to revert it back to opera 45 menu order.

They've already commented that there are no plans to do it at the moment.

Don't know, but they think there is no need for it to be there. But why should it be on the Menu?

What if after I use VPN, I want to use Opera Turbo?
Must I open the Settings tab again?

Does it take DOUBLE LENGTH to access Opera Turbo feature?

From the simple "Menu - Opera Turbo", then the complicated "Alt+P - type 'Turbo' - check 'Opera Turbo'"
