Are the Plugin settings gone?

A while ago. Basically Chromium only supports Flash so there wasn't a need for keeping a plugins page.

Any changes for Unity 3d web player ?

As far as I know, it stopped being supported when Chromium removed the support for NPAPI plugins.

In Opera it happened on version 38.
