Even, probably any development cost since doesn't interact with other features .

The costs it's for the users who used to use that Flag.

Even more, I'd say, how much would it cost maintaining that small service when they are already paying so much money for sync and VPN, plus it was a truly unique feature and a terrific indirect advertisement for people to start using Opera.
