That contains the cache inside the profile folder
"Path to Opera launcher" --user-data-dir="Path to custom profile"

That didn't tested, profile and cache separated:
"Path to Opera launcher" --user-data-dir="Path to custom profile" --disk-cache-dir ="Path to custom cache"
