<![CDATA[Private window and non working VPN]]>Version: 45.0.2552.888 (PGO) - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 10 64-bit (WoW64)

Description:
VPN is stuck on

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a Private window
  2. VPN Button is coloured blue and cannot switch on or off. Cannot drop down to use a different server. VPN button looks smaller than normal

Actual result: Don't know if VPN is working

Expected result: Ability to turn VPN on or off. Expect to be able to switch VPN servers

Have uninstalled and reinstalled Opera.
