<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[Opening Opera - getting msg &quot;cannot open .... you do not have administrator privileges -----HUH?]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">For the past month, every time I attempt to open Opera, I get a pop-up stating that I can't open the program because "I do not have administrator privileges." I'm the only one on this PC. This is a personal use PC. I DO have admin priv.</p>
<p dir="auto">I have uninstalled Opera, downloaded the program then re-loaded it a couple of times, yet the same thing happens. After I get the pop-up, I close it, try to open Opera again, remove pop-up . . . . after about 3 times, Opera opens.</p>
<p dir="auto">What gives? Anyone else having this happen? Please help. I am running Windows 7.</p>
