For the past few days, VPN isn't connecting.
I turn it off and on without much luck in "reactivating" VPN.

What's the best way to troubleshoot the source of the issue?

My desktop uses VPN just fine with Opera,
but on my laptop, the VPN doesn't work.

Also try disabling anti-virus or any similar software.
