<p dir="auto">Living example: Safari with any youtube video, that even if you don't have Safari in focus it lets you play/pause the video with the touchbar buttons.</p>

Yes, I meant the Touchbar from new MacBook Pros.</p>

<p dir="auto">As you can see, there is a Play button at the right hand side but it doesn't interact with the video in Opera, not even if I am actively in a Youtube tab.</p>

I can pause a video from YouTube with no problem, either by clicking the pause button, or just by clicking the middle of the frame.</p>
