Hummm, remembering... maybe 3rd party data were left or another involved cookie...</p>

You have to rename Profile folder, to use <a href="https://www.dropbox.com/sh/smofyf04hpl7xo0/AAD_iH8fe_3g7dnNSd0SH05aa?dl=0" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">this</a> could be another option.</p>

Try pointing to another folder, test, restart, test, restart and point again to the desired folder.</p>
<p dir="auto">If doesn't work, you may need to edit the Preferences file into Profile folder with a JSON editor, <a href="https://www.portablefreeware.com/?id=2393" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">this</a> can help, just look for Downloads and edit the path, (you can use the notepad but may be is a bit chaotic).</p>
