Previously, all I had to do was backup my wand.dat file; however, there is no such file for Opera 20, that I can tell. So, I am still trying to figure out how to backup/export my saved users/password. Is it even possible to do so?

Thank you.

Be careful, Opera 20 uses for its login database decryption the Windows login. The Windows login account, on which the logins with Opera 20 were done, and login database depend on each other!

You can't copy the login data to an other Windows login account or use with an other Windows Username.
