<![CDATA[No menu bar - how to get to "appearance" and other goodies?]]>So the big "O" on the top left consolidates most of the things you usually care for, but a lot is still missing. Specifically, I want to access the "Appearance" section (used to be Tools>Appearance) so I can enable panels.

Can this still be done?
