I just updated Opera and the the bookmark bar folder icons turned light blue.
First of all, not everybody finds this color fitting/appealing. Personally I think the blue is to light on the light gray background. It works better in dark theme. How about something like #53a4c6 for light theme?
Secondly, I think the browser frame should remain neutral, i.e. it should not have too high contrast and too many colors, it should not distract from the page being browsed. The blue does not fit in very well.
My bookmarks bar is full with folders, so the entire bar is now blue.
Please rethink this.
