With the new version 45 a new feature DARK SKIN has been added. However, when switching to private mode the skin changes the bookmark bar to a very BRIGHT COLOUR which is opposite to the dark mode. In the previous version, the private mode was a lot darker than normal mode is in this current version. Something changed with the skin and it does not look good now.
