I know this is kind of nitpicky, but it has been bothering me. The dark theme in opera only seems to affect the top bar; when you goto settings, the background on the page is white. Other issues include the color of the thing that shows up when you drag a tab to another window shown here and the fact that the dark theme doesn't work in private windows. These missing features aren't urgent, but it would be nice if they were fixed, thank you for your time.
