<![CDATA[Opera 45 (cannot change color of Top Bar)]]>Opera was perfect until the recent update. It ticks me off that I can no longer change the color of the Title Bar even AFTER I select the option to "Show system color on top bar". WTF???

Looks like I'll be switching to Edge or Vivaldi.
