<![CDATA[Tooltips are white with white text.]]>For some reason, my browsers tooltips (across the entire browser, both in the interface and in web pages) are white with a white background. This is happening on Ubuntu with KDE 5.8/9 and there seems to be no connection to what colour scheme the system is using (as changing it has no effect), same with themes.

Is there any solution?
