That seems rather far afield for mere load balancing.</p>

<p dir="auto">opera max is not a typical vpn, but acts more like a semi-transparent web proxy.</p>
<p dir="auto">"exit"ip (basically your web proxy) is determined by proximity and load balancing, my guess.</p>
