<![CDATA[Multiple Google Accounts?]]>I want to try out Opera as an alternative to Chrome, since Chrome slows my mac badly! Trouble is, I want to be signed in on both of my Gmail accounts at once, my work and personal ones. In Chrome, you can choose to switch between profiles and have both open at once.

Is this doable in Opera?

The MacOS analog of .exe is .app. The installer package is .dmg for Mac.

Please ignore the other info here, you can log into several accounts on gmail without any other work in the browser or having to create multiple profiles or any of that, since Google supports this with gmail

But just in case you can/want "merge" info and don't care about user identification on multiple accounts.

Just log into gmail with your first account, then click your user icon at the top right, and click "Add account" to add your second account. This will open in a separate tab, and then both accounts will be open at the same time.

From then on you can always open these tabs by clicking on the user icon at the top right and clicking the account you want to open. It will always open in a new tab.

Since the Opera profile is in the user library, all you need to do to display that library is explained here:

It says OS X Mavericks, but it works in MacOS up to Sierra.

Here you can find how to create multiple profiles (manually).

Despite it's Windows info, just apply it to Mac paths and Mac "exe" .dmg / .app (don't know which is the equivalent)

Here and app to unhidde Mac System Files (could be done by Terminal too).
