the ability to select what data to destroy on quit, like cookies, sessions, cache files, download history.</p>
<p dir="auto">I think it greatly improves privacy online and on your computer.</p>

I think it should be core.</p>

<li>You can use some Chrome extensions in Opera.  You need the extension "Download Chrome Extension" to install them.</li>
<li>You can control what data to clear to some degree.  In the Opera menu on MacOS, you can choose "Clear Browsing Data", which opens the Preferences and opens a dialog box with a list of items that can be cleared.  I have no idea where that choice would be in another operating system.</li>

I do not need to change the items every time I clear data, but the button is handy on the toolbar.</p>
