this phrase always appear:"opera mini portal is closed"
whats the meaning of this?

I'm using a mobile phone, opera version 4.5
and also i tried to upgrade it but i still couldn't thats why i thougth theres a problem in the link and choose opera link forum to seek some answers.:-)
