<p dir="auto">It's an obvious proof of ignorance. I'm extremely disappointed and gonna to leave Opera. I have been using Opera for many years since version 8 or so and I never encountered such arrogant behaviour.</p>

Your custom list is most likely missing the first line which must state <code>[Adblock Plus 2.0]</code>. The rest of the rules will work if they are in the universal format originally introduced by Adblock Plus. Regex is supported too.</p>

You obviously don't think that your issue had been addressed properly, but beyond suggesting that by far the most likely problem was that the rule you were trying to import was not in the correct format, I don't see what else could have been suggested.<br />
I do have to say that it's a bit of an over-reaction IMO to abandon the browser simply because of what one moderator on its forum has done!<br />
