I have the same settings on both 45 and 46, both on the same PC - but I notice that portions of some webpages are rendering differently (not good or bad, just different).

E.g. https://www.full30.com/recently-added - the sizing of the video thumbnails is noticeably different (they are substantially larger in 46).

This has neither impeded nor improved browsing; it just seems odd.
