My version of opera is 44.0.2510.1449 (PGO), but the latest version showing on other websites are Opera 45.0 Build 2552.635 (64-bit), So what is the problem?</p>

Both are available for public download from the <a href="https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">desktop (developers) blog</a> but neither is considered stable yet. (From that blog I see 45 has been upgraded to "Release Candidate", which means that if no major issues show up it will become "stable" probably next week.)</p>
<p dir="auto">So yes, 44 will not update to 45 now.</p>
