Usually it adds a (internal) proxy that monitors your connection and that proxy may block the connection to the VPN servers.</p>

I had the same problem with AVG, so I changed to Avast believing it would solve the problem.<br />
I found nothing in Avast's forums.<br />
I'll try to add Opera to an exception list</p>
