<![CDATA[[Feature request] Create new window by taskbar middle click]]>Hello to all.

Now when Opera taskbar icon is clicked by middle mouse button, new tab is created in current or last focused Opera window. Is it possible to add option to create new window by this middle click? All other browsers create new window and not a new tab.

I'm using Opera developer v46.0.2556.0 on Windows 10.
