<![CDATA[Non standard ports blocked?]]>When I try to connect to non standard web ports like 9200 (elasticsearch) or 8080 Opera always returns a timeout message.

Are those ports blocked? Is there any way to unblock them?

I noticed it doesn't happen when using private browsing.

Checking this website http://www.whatismyproxy.com It reports that opera is using a proxy in China?
