<![CDATA[Opera 44.0.2510.857 crashes on start/does not start]]>Recently updated my opera-stable on Xubuntu 16.04.2. The installed version of opera is 44.0.2510.857. The browser would not open. Whenever it is started it crashes immediately. However the browser does open when run as administrator.

If I run opera from Terminal, the error I get is:
